Welcome to Ignite Tow Network ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ignite Tow Network governing your access to and use of our website (https://tow.igniteoutsource.com), iOS application, Android application, and any associated APIs or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

Ignite Tow Network provides an online and mobile directory platform that enables drivers, motor vehicle owners, and commercial fleet managers to discover local towing companies, roadside assistance specialists, and automotive service centers.

Features include directory search by city, postal code, or service category; on-demand geographic distance calculation; direct phone dialer initiation; business hours, photos, and ratings; and TowMate, an AI-powered roadside knowledge assistant providing informational guidance.

Ignite Tow Network is a directory and technology platform, not a towing company, motor carrier, or direct roadside dispatcher.

• All towing companies, repair shops, and roadside assistance providers listed on the Platform are independent third-party operators and contractors.
• When you initiate a phone call through the Platform, you are communicating directly with an independent business. Ignite Tow Network is not an agent, broker, employer, or partner of any listed business.
• We do not control, guarantee, or supervise the quality, safety, pricing, licensing, insurance coverage, timeliness, or legality of services performed by independent providers.
• Any transaction, agreement, service dispatch, or dispute is strictly between you and the respective service provider.

When using our Platform, submitting reviews, or interacting with our services, you agree not to:

• Submit false, defamatory, abusive, obscene, harassing, or fraudulent reviews or ratings.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, harvest, or crawl directory data via automated tools or bots without prior written permission.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or authentication safeguards.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority when submitting business listings or inquiries.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or edit user reviews that violate these standards.

Towing and automotive operators submitting their business profile agree to the following:

• Accuracy of Information: You represent and warrant that all business names, telephone numbers, addresses, licenses, operating hours, and service categories submitted are truthful, current, and authorized by the business owner.
• Administrative Review: Submissions are subject to manual administrative review and verification before publication. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or modify listings to maintain network quality.
• Media Rights: By uploading logos, photos, and imagery, you grant Ignite Tow Network a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and format these assets on our directory, mobile apps, and promotional materials.

Featured and published provider listings on Ignite Tow Network are provided through recurring subscription plans:

• Plans & Pricing: Providers may select a Monthly plan ($29.99/month) or an Annual plan ($300/year). Prices are subject to change with advance notice.
• 30-Day Free Trial: Eligible first-time business submissions receive one 30-day promotional free trial. Valid payment details are collected through Stripe upon submission. Billing begins automatically upon trial completion unless cancelled prior to expiration.
• Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled through the billing management portal or by contacting support.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals while preserving your active listing through the end of the paid billing period.

Ignite Tow Network offers an SMS text messaging program to business owners who submit their company for listing, verify account information, or request direct customer assistance. By opting in via our web forms or contacting us, you agree to these SMS Terms:

A. Program Description & Message Types

SMS messages sent by Ignite Tow Network are transactional, operational, and customer-service focused. Messages may include:

• Listing submission acknowledgments and administrative review updates
• Account onboarding notifications and profile status alerts
• Direct customer service responses to inquiries you have initiated
• Subscription and billing notices (e.g., trial expiration or renewal receipts)

B. Voluntary Opt-In & Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is strictly voluntary and is not a condition of purchase, listing approval, or use of the Platform.

C. Strict Non-Sharing Policy for Mobile Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties under any circumstances.

D. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, listing status, and the volume of inquiries you send.

E. Cost & Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your wireless carrier for details on text messaging and data charges.

F. Cancellation & Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS communications at any time. Simply text STOP in response to any text message from Ignite Tow Network. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you choose to re-subscribe.

H. Carrier Liability

Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other wireless network operators) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Platform, including all text, branding, graphics, logos, icons, user interfaces, code, software, algorithms, and design elements, is the proprietary property of Ignite Tow Network and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All company trademarks, service marks, and trade names of listed third-party businesses belong to their respective owners.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE DIRECTORY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES, OR THAT LISTED BUSINESSES WILL BE AVAILABLE, LICENSED, OR RESPONSIVE AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGNITE TOW NETWORK, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, VEHICLE DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any conduct, performance, service failure, delay, or damage caused by independent towing or automotive service providers discovered through our directory;
• Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or transmission of your data or submissions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ignite Tow Network, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted directly to this URL with an updated "Effective Date" at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revisions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
